Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to remain available at the provided delivery address and ensure that the provided phone number is reachable during the delivery period.

Repeated refusal or failure to receive COD orders may affect the customer's ability to place future COD orders with Urban Monkii.
